I had the best Saturday yesterday. I got up and was going to take Gigi to the groomers. When I put her in the car she started whining and she whined all of the way to the groomers. When I arrived at the groomers they were closed. This dog is desperate for a bath, cut and nails cut. So I took her back home. Thankfully the groomer is not far from my house so I didn't have to drive far.
I then headed to fantastic sams. I am sick and tired of this long unmanageable hair. So I had it cut, no I mean cut all off. To my ears in a cute little style. I bet there was 7 inches of hair on the floor. Thanks to Shelby for doing a great job.
Husband and I then headed off to do a little visiting. We went by Brian's and then Todd's.
We headed home to get ready for a night on the town. I had a new yellow and black blouse with floral print I had bought a couple of weeks ago, so I donned it and off we went.
The Paula Deen buffet is very charming. The outside of the buffet appears to be a white house with a front porch furnished with white rocking chairs. The buffet features food from the Lady and Sons resturant, Uncle Bubba's smokehouse, Captain Michael has a booth with seafood and of course the desserts were scrumptious. My favorite was the cheese bisquits that were hot and fresh.

We headed down to Harrah's casino to do a little gambling. Husband handed me a 20 and off I went. I know, we are BIG gamblers. But for once in my life the triple diamond slot machine was hitting and I actually won 10 dollars. I usually leave with zippo.
We put the top down on mustang sally and off we went. It was kind of early so we wanted to have a drink. We ended up at karoke at Mi Pueblo, with a fabulous DJ. I had a nice frozen margarita and husband had a beer. I did a little dancing to the cha-cha and strokin'. We had a large evening.
