Yum-o

I have not cooked in about three weeks. Cooking is one of my passions. In this Mississippi heat it is almost impossible to fire up the stove without burning up. Tonight, I decided to break the trend and cook. I made fresh blackeyed peas, collard greens, homemade mashed potatoes, cornbread and homegrown tomatoes. Suffice to say I have a very happy husband.
